EPCS's finance service also advises and supports the Group's subsidiaries and associated companies worldwide in connection with transaction negotiations–from initial planning to closure.

Insuring projects and project risks is part of our planning portfolio. We offer customized insurance services to all operative Group units and external project partners. We have generated added value for EPCS, and hence our clients, by making this strategic addition. Insurance cover is not only available for real estate projects, but also for all operation services. Clients, owners and end users can even turn to EPCS after completion of the construction phase to take out insurance against risks such as fire and interruption of operations.

One competence center mainly operates in Australia and Southeast Asia. It is consistently developing its leading position as an operator and manager in the contract mining sector.
With our partner’s subsidiary, we have stakes in roads, schools, police facilities, service centers, military bases, cultural facilities and geothermal energy projects worldwide. We closely cooperate group wide in reaping synergies in market development, business planning, special operator responsibilities and other technical areas–making us a strong partner for our clients.

Working with us our clients realize infrastructural projects for which we arrange everything from financing to planning and construction to operation from a single source—no matter whether the project in hand is a new school or administration building, a tunnel, a highway, or an innovative energy project. First and foremost, it is often only through public-private partnership (PPP) that many solutions become financially feasible—and completion is faster as well.
